As a Full-Spectrum Doula, I am trained to give emotional, physical and practical support. For a surgical abortion, that can look like providing education on what to expect, arranging transportation, being with you in the waiting room and procedure room (where allowed), and providing comfort and a listening ear after the procedure. For a medication abortion, this could look like helping with chores, procuring food, and assisting with pain management.

For surgical abortion, this service includes 2 hours of support for the duration of your procedure plus 1 hour of post-op support, whichever is longer. Pricing for this service covers only the cost of my transportation to you, whether at your place of procedure or place of recovery. For medication self-managed abortion, this service includes up to 4 hours of support.

During prenatal visits, my goal is to build a relationship with you, listen to your questions and concerns, provide information, allow you to explore your emotions, celebrate with you, and help you plan for the journey ahead. I want you to feel like you have every tip, trick, and tool for birth and beyond.

This package covers in-person antepartum (prenatal) support only — it does not include in-person attendance at your labor and birth. Instead, you'll choose either Text or Virtual Labor & Birth Support below, which is required as part of this package.

This service includes up to 4 in-person prenatal sessions lasting about 2 hours each, plus 1 in-person postpartum visit lasting about 2 hours. Additional postpartum hours can be added separately if you'd like ongoing support after birth.

Full, in-person support across your whole journey — antepartum (prenatal) care, in-person attendance at your labor and birth, and a postpartum visit afterward. This is the most comprehensive, fully in-person package I offer, for families who want continuous hands-on support from pregnancy through the fourth trimester.

Coming home with a new child can be a whirlwind even for experienced parents. Every new addition to a home requires an adjustment period, and parents can often neglect their own needs during this time. I'm prepared to take care of you while you take care of your new baby — providing a comfortable, judgement-free space to process the changes you're experiencing, facilitating communication with family members, helping uphold boundaries with visitors, doing basic chores around the house, and providing referrals to local resources and specialists.

This service is priced by the hour and can be booked for up to 7 hours a day. It includes one 2-hour intake session, which can occur on the same day as the first day of services (not included in the 7-hour limit). This service can be added to any package or booked independently.
